A second generation real estate entrepreneur, Mr. Eglit has been immersed in the real estate and construction industry since childhood. In 1990, he joined a Los Angeles-based firm focused on high rise tenant improvements and joined his family’s commercial and residential building business two years later. In 1999, Mr. Eglit was approached by Strategic Acquisitions, Inc., one of the largest foreclosure companies in Los Angeles County, to become the head of its construction and property management department. He was instrumental in the growth of the company where his responsibilities included the supervision of over 350 properties per year from acquisition to close of escrow. In early 2004, he established a privately held real estate investment company focused on income producing rental properties. Since its inception, the company has never lost money in any given year. In 2007, Mr. Eglit saw a void in the marketplace for a high-end architectural millworks company and filled it with Millworks By Design. Utilizing the latest in technology alongside old world craftsmanship, Millworks By Design has grown to be one of Los Angeles' premier architectural millwork firms. Mr. Eglit has successfully managed over $1 billion worth of real estate property transactions.

A certified public accountant, Mr. Murphy left public accounting in 1974 to serve as a regional controller for Browning-Ferris Industries (BFI), a solid waste disposal company. He oversaw multiple locations comprised of 18 companies in seven states and in British Columbia. In 1978, Mr. Murphy transitioned to the operational sector of BFI, initially serving as a district manager and ultimately progressing to area manager. During this time he also became involved with the Company's international operations and in 1985 became Vice President of International Operations. In 1989, Mr. Murphy became Managing Director of UK Operations and was responsible for 10 locations and approximately 700 employees. From 2003 to 2006, he worked as a Special Projects Manager with Wilson Homes, a residential home developer in the California Central Valley. Since 2006, Mr. Murphy has served a variety of manufacturing and automotive clients as an independent accountant and financial consultant. He provides a considerable amount of operational and financial experience, essential to the success of this venture.

Mr. Parish has worked in the high-end, architectural millwork industry for the past nine years. He began his career in 2000 with a three year apprenticeship with Gary M. Katz, a nationally recognized expert on the finish carpentry trade. Mr. Parish is a published author contributing to several well known trade magazines and has traveled around the country assisting Mr. Katz in live clinics. Between 2004 and 2007, Mr. Parish started and managed a division for a local millwork company, where he gained further experience in business management and in the construction industry. In 2007, he co-founded Millworks by Design with Zac Eglit. Under his direct leadership as Chief Executive Officer, Millworks by Design has steadily gained market share by providing high quality finish carpentry services to some of the largest, most prestigious residential contractors on the West Coast. Millworks by Design currently employs approximately 40 craftsmen and support staff. Over the last five years, Mr. Parish's skills and expertise in business management and systems have been one of the greatest driving forces in his business ventures.
